Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data we collect when you apply to or take part in the Fannabe Creator Program on fannabecreators.com, why, and what rights you have. It doesn't cover the Fannabe app itself, which has its own privacy policy.
Who we are
Zillatech Ltd., the company behind Fannabe, is the controller of your data. Registered in Cyprus under number HE477630, at Leoforos Kappari 34, Blue Water Village, House 125, 5290 Paralimni, Cyprus. Contact: support@fannabe.com.
What we collect
- Your application: name, email, the Instagram accounts you list, country, the view range of your biggest video, your chosen offer and, if you add it, a portfolio link.
- Your account: email, sign-in records and the Instagram account you post on. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider, Clerk; we never see it.
- Your program activity: the reels you submit, their public data (owner, posting time, view count), our review decisions, your earnings and payments, and when you accepted the terms.
- Payout details: your bank account details, your Wise or Revolut account, or the email your Stripe invoices come from, plus tax details or proof of identity if we ask for them before paying you.
- Messages you send us.
- Technical data: IP address and browser details in the security logs of our hosting provider.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for automated decisions with legal effects. Our hourly reel check can reject a video automatically, for example when it was posted from a different account; you can always ask a person to review it.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage and admin security.
- Clerk: accounts and sign-in.
- Apify (an Instagram data provider): reads the public data of the reels you submit.
- Our bank, Wise, Revolut or Stripe: sending your payouts or receiving your invoices.
- Trackdesk: tracking your revenue share, if your offer includes one.
- Our email provider, our accountants and lawyers, and authorities when the law requires it.
These providers process data on our instructions. Your videos, handle and likeness may appear publicly in Fannabe's marketing and ads, as the terms describe.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers are based in the United States. We transfer data to them under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Applications we don't accept: 12 months after our decision.
- Your account and program records: while you're in the program, then for as long as Cypriot tax and accounting law requires.
- Videos you submitted for pay: as long as the license in the terms lasts.
- Security logs: for the short period our hosting provider keeps them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict how we use it, or object to uses based on our legitimate interests. Email support@fannabe.com; we answer within one month. Some data we must keep by law, and deleting your account ends your place in the program.
You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or to the data protection authority where you live.
Cookies
We only use cookies needed to keep you signed in and to secure the admin area. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and the sign-in form from Clerk, so those services see your IP address.
Age
The program is for people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes
We'll post updates on this page and email creators about important changes.
