Fannabe Creator Program Terms

These terms are between you and Zillatech Ltd., the company behind Fannabe (called "Fannabe" below). Zillatech Ltd. is registered in Cyprus under number HE477630, at Leoforos Kappari 34, Blue Water Village, House 125, 5290 Paralimni, Cyprus. By creating your account, you agree to them, including Schedule A.

1. Joining

• The program is invitation-only. You can create an account only from an invitation Fannabe sends after accepting your application. Invitations are personal and can't be shared.
• You must be at least 18 and legally able to sign a contract where you live.
• You confirm you're not on a sanctions list and don't live in a sanctioned country or region. Fannabe may screen you and verify your identity, Instagram account and payout details.
• One account per person. You add the Instagram account you'll post on in your dashboard, and only that account earns pay, once Fannabe approves it.

2. Your relationship with Fannabe

• You're an independent contractor, not an employee, partner or agent. You decide how to make your videos and use your own equipment.
• The program is non-exclusive. You can work with other brands, but a paid Fannabe video can't also promote a competing AI-influencer tool.
• You pay your own taxes and costs, and you can't make promises on Fannabe's behalf.

3. What every paid video needs

• A Reel posted publicly on your approved Instagram account after you joined, with its link submitted within 48 hours of posting.
• You appear in the video yourself, unless Fannabe has approved an AI influencer for your account in writing. Fannabe's library clips can be part of it, but reposts of other creators' videos don't count.
• It's new: not a video you've submitted before, and not posted on more than one account.
• It follows the brief shown in your dashboard on the day you post.
• All of these disclosures:
  • Instagram's Paid partnership label, tagging Fannabe.
  • "#ad" as the first word of the caption. Not "#sponsored", "#collab" or "#partner".
  • "Ad" on screen in the first 3 seconds, or said out loud.
  • On revenue-share offers, also: "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link."
  • Any extra disclosure your country's law requires.
• Audio from Meta Sound Collection, music Fannabe supplies, or your own original sound. No tracks from Instagram's regular music library.

4. What a paid video must never contain

• Promises about earnings: don't promise or guarantee that viewers will make money, and don't use phrases like "guaranteed income", "passive income", "quit your job" or "get rich". Showing earnings, for example a screenshot or a dashboard, is fine if it's real and unedited, and you don't present it as what everyone makes.
• Claims you don't believe or that don't come from your own use of Fannabe. You must have used Fannabe yourself.
• An AI-generated person or AI influencer, unless Fannabe has approved it in writing. Fannabe decides case by case, and without approval it isn't allowed. An approved AI person is labeled "AI-generated" on screen and never presented as a real customer.
• False statements about Fannabe's features, pricing or results, or claims about competitors.
• Other people, logos or content you don't have written permission to use.
• Anything illegal, hateful or harassing.

5. Review and approval

• Fannabe reviews every submitted video. It may reject a video that misses anything in sections 3 or 4, breaks these terms, is suspected of fraud, or goes over your limits. It may also reject a video for any other reason before approval, and will tell you why.
• Fannabe may withdraw an approval before the video is paid if it finds a problem later.
• You may appeal a rejection once, by emailing support@fannabe.com within 7 days. The decision on the appeal is final.
• Approval doesn't mean Fannabe has checked your video for legal compliance. That stays your responsibility.

6. Views and fraud

• Views are counted as set out in Schedule A, from the public view count. Fannabe's count is final, and dashboard numbers are estimates until paid.
• Only real views count. Views from bots, scripts, click or device farms, engagement pods, view-for-view groups, bought or incentivized views, giveaways, or location tricks are fraud.
• Fannabe decides what counts as a real view and may use automated tools to check.
• When asked, you share screenshots of the video's Instagram insights within 3 days.
• If Fannabe finds fraud, you're removed permanently, all unpaid amounts are forfeited, and you repay what Fannabe paid for the affected videos. Other accounts you control are banned too.

7. Payment

• Fannabe pays as set out in Schedule A, in US dollars, by bank wire, Wise or Revolut to an account in your name, or by paying a Stripe invoice you send. Fees your bank or provider charges to receive or convert money are yours.
• Before paying you, Fannabe may ask for tax details (such as a tax ID or VAT number) and proof of identity, and may withhold tax where the law requires.
• Fannabe may hold a payment for up to 90 days while it looks into suspected fraud or a breach.
• Fannabe may deduct anything you owe it, such as an overpayment or a clawback, from later payments.
• If you think a payment is wrong, tell Fannabe within 30 days of the payout date. After that, the payment is final.
• Fannabe may change rates, offers or limits with 7 days' notice by email or in your dashboard. Changes never apply to videos already submitted.
• There are no guaranteed earnings and no minimum number of approved videos.

8. Revenue share (Views + Share and Revenue Share Max)

• Referrals count only through your own Trackdesk link, and Trackdesk's records are final.
• Refunds and chargebacks are deducted. Purchases by you, your household or accounts you control don't count.
• No paid search ads on Fannabe's name, no coupon or deal sites, and no spam.
• You earn only on customers you refer directly, never for recruiting other creators.
• "Lifetime" means until the referred customer stops paying or Fannabe ends the affiliate program, whichever comes first. Fannabe may end the affiliate program with 30 days' notice. Commissions stop at once if you're removed for fraud or a breach.

9. Keeping videos up

• Keep each paid video public, unedited and on your account for at least 90 days after you submit it.
• If you delete, archive, hide or edit it sooner, or remove its disclosure, Fannabe may ask you to restore it, cancel unpaid amounts for it, and recover what it paid for it.
• If Fannabe asks you to edit or remove a video, do it within 24 hours. A video removed at Fannabe's request keeps the pay it earned under these terms.

10. License to use your videos

• You keep ownership of your videos.
• When you submit a video for pay, you give Fannabe and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use it. Fannabe may sublicense it to agencies and ad platforms working for Fannabe.
• Fannabe may copy, cut, edit, caption, translate, change the audio of and publish the video anywhere, including in paid ads.
• The license covers your name, handle, profile photo, face, voice and short bio as they appear in or with the video, to promote Fannabe.
• When asked, you share a partnership ad code or turn on "Allow brand partner to boost" within 48 hours, and keep it on for up to 24 months. Fannabe starts ads only after the day-7 view count.
• Ad use is included in your pay; there's no extra fee.
• Fannabe won't make an AI replica of your face or voice from your videos without your separate written consent.
• You waive moral rights in the video as far as the law allows, and you have releases from anyone else who appears in it.
• Fannabe doesn't have to use any video. This license continues after these terms end.

11. Confidentiality

• The hook library, body library, ideas, briefs and unreleased features are confidential. Use them only to make Fannabe videos.
• Don't share, sell or reuse them for anyone else, during the program or for 2 years after you leave.

12. Leaving the program

• You can leave at any time by emailing support@fannabe.com.
• Fannabe can remove you at any time, for any reason, with notice. During your trial (Schedule A) it can do so without notice. It can remove you immediately for fraud, a serious breach, or public conduct that harms Fannabe's reputation.
• After you leave, approved videos that followed these terms are still paid on schedule. Submissions not yet approved aren't paid.
• If you're removed for fraud or a breach, unpaid amounts are forfeited and revenue share stops.
• Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14 continue after you leave.

13. Responsibility

• You're responsible for your videos and for following these terms and the law.
• You'll cover Fannabe's losses and legal costs from claims caused by your videos or your breach of these terms. That includes missing disclosures, music or image rights, false claims and your taxes.
• The program is provided as is. Fannabe isn't liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Its total liability to you is limited to what it paid you in the 12 months before the claim.

14. General

• Fannabe may update these terms with 7 days' notice by email or in your dashboard. Submitting a video after that means you accept the update. Updates don't apply to videos already submitted.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes go to the courts of Cyprus.

Schedule A: rates and payout timing

Every approved video earns a flat fee plus view pay. Views are counted on day 7 after you submit the link. The video becomes eligible for payout 3 days after the count, on day 10, and is paid on the first payday on or after that. Payday is the 1st of each month, or the next weekday when the 1st falls on a weekend.

Flat fee per approved video (main offer)

Your country is the one in your application. Fannabe may move you to a different rate if your audience or payout details point to another country.

How one video gets paid

1. Day 0: you post the reel on your approved Instagram account and submit its link within 48 hours of posting.
2. Day 7: Fannabe reads the reel's public view count. That count is final.
3. Day 10: the video becomes eligible for payout, 3 days after the count.
4. Payday: payday is the 1st of each month, or the next weekday when the 1st falls on a weekend (the Monday after). On the first payday on or after day 10, the flat fee and view pay for that video are paid in US dollars by the method you chose. If you chose Stripe, send your invoice for the amount due on that payday.

Example: you submit a video on October 6. Its views are counted on October 13, it becomes eligible on October 16, and it's paid on November 1. A video submitted on September 21 becomes eligible on October 1, which is a payday, so it's paid that same day.

Trial and limits

• Limits: 1 or 2 paid videos a day, up to 60 a calendar month. A third video on the same day, or a 61st in a month, isn't paid, and Fannabe won't use it.
• Trial: your first 30 days. A trial video earns its flat fee only if it has at least 500 views on day 7; view pay is always paid. Fannabe can end your trial at any time, without notice or a reason, and still pays every approved video.
• A reel that is deleted, archived or made private before day 7 earns nothing.
• Revenue share is tracked only through your Trackdesk link. Refunds and chargebacks are taken back out, and buying through your own link doesn't count.
